Do I need a water connection?
Most of our models connect straight to a standard 240 V outlet and a regular mains water supply. No plumbing headaches — our techs take care of the setup. If your site doesn’t have access to a direct line, we’ll supply a tank-fed option so you’re still good to go.
What kind of water works best?
Clean, soft water equals longer machine life and better-tasting coffee. We test your water before installation and, if needed, fit a filter system to keep scale out and flavour in. No extra effort required on your part.
What power setup do I need?
Every Jetinno model runs on standard Australian 240 V power. If you’re installing a high-capacity machine in a large venue or gym, our team will confirm the power draw before installation to make sure everything runs smoothly.
How much room do I need?
Each model varies slightly, but as a rule, leave at least 20 cm of space around the sides and back for airflow and servicing. If you’re tight on space, we’ll recommend the best model and layout for your site.
Do I need a milk fridge?
If you’re serving milk-based coffees, absolutely — milk should always stay chilled between 2–6 °C. We supply matching under-counter or side-mounted milk fridges that integrate cleanly with your Jetinno setup.
How long does installation take?
Our installs are quick and clean. Once on-site, setup typically takes 1–2 hours depending on your model. We test everything, dial in your beans, run the first drinks, and make sure you know how to operate and clean the system before we leave.
What happens after installation?
We don’t walk away. You’ll get local support, service reminders, and access to our consumables program so your machine keeps running perfectly and your staff never run out of beans or cleaning products.
